Jest-a-Lager | Mexican Style Lager

A thirst quenching Mexican Lager.  Light hop profile, slight sweetness of corn, clean lagered malts.  Crisp, easy to enjoy and keep enjoying.  Just try this lager!

Gusto | American Style Lager

ABV: 4.4% IBU: 21

A tribute to classic pre-prohibition American beers. Lagered long to assure a crisp clean tasting experience.  Lightly hopped with Cluster- the classic American Hop.

Poppa Pils | Classic Unfiltered Pilsner

ABV: 4.6% IBU: 20

A true nod to tradition with a New Mexico twist. Poppa Pils is built on locally grown Pilsner malt, lending a soft grainy backbone. The body is light and crisp, while Munich malt adds a whisper of toast. Saaz hops bring that signature floral, spicy snap. Bright, balanced, and ridiculously crushable.

Foolin Around Brown | English Style Brown Ale

ABV: 6.5% IBU: 30

Our 1st Beer Recipe to be produced! The Foolin Around Brown is a simply lovely English-style Brown Ale. Nutty, Crisp, and a medley of malt flavor.

Mad Cap Mosaic | Hazy IPA

ABV: 5.0% IBU: 40

A juicy Hazy IPA.  Citrussy tropical hops with more aroma than bitterness atop a light and juicy malt profile. 

 

Non-Linear |  American IPA

ABV: 6.1% IBU: 60

This IPA defies some of the expectations of craft IPA.  A malt forward flavor profile with citrus and tropical notes in the hop profile.  Even Non-IPA drinkers might enjoy this beer.

 

Off the Rails | Red IPA

ABV: 7.5% IBU: 80

This IPA kicks it up a notch not just with hops but also the bitterness of Rye Malts.  This beer is packed with flavor but still manages a smooth finish that makes you want that next sip.
