How Booking Works

Simple, and it locks your date the moment you’re ready.

1 Request your date Tell us your date, headcount, and the format you like. We quote it against that night.
2 Lock it with a deposit A 50% booking deposit holds your date and goes straight toward your event. Reschedule once with two weeks’ notice.
3 Book early for the best rate Advance dates get the best pricing. Open dates confirm fastest; on days we already have an event, private bookings are by request.

Inner Circle members get priority booking for private events, and Founders include two private events a year.

For a fast quote, include: your date (or a couple of options) · rough headcount · the format you’re eyeing · anything special (food, presentation, hosted tab).

Guest minimums apply where noted. Weekend Venue Room includes one drink ticket per guest (draft beer, a house cocktail, or a non-alcoholic option). Group Reservation is a prepaid reservation applied toward your group tab. Full Buyout pricing is quoted by date; a 50% deposit holds your reservation and applies to your event. Prices are per guest unless stated.
